About the project

In order to get exposed to robotic operations, during our induction training, we were asked to build a robotic system for any application. We chose to build a 6DOF arm (3D Printed) for fastening application. The project was an open-loop implementation with no sensors to detect tightening torque or head engagement with fasteners. Also, given that the servo motors rotate only 180 degrees, we perform the fastening in parts.
